One brand, done properly

We are an independent repair outfit working built-in Sub-Zero refrigeration in Seattle. Not a dispatch board that sends whoever is free — the same small group of technicians does every call.

What we do

Sealed-system diagnostics under gauges, evaporator and defrost faults, control boards, door and gasket work, ice production problems and dual-zone wine storage. Built-in 600 and 700 series, integrated columns, undercounter units.

What we do not do

We do not service twelve other brands. We do not quote over the phone without seeing the unit, because a guess that turns into a different number on the day is how people end up feeling cheated. And we do not open anything up before you have agreed a price.

How pricing works

A $89 service call covers the visit and the full assessment. If you approve the repair, that $89 comes off the total in full. Parts are quoted at the model-specific part, not a universal substitute that will fail again in eight months.

When we work

Technicians are out 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days. The phone is a separate thing — it is answered 24/7, so a unit that fails at two in the morning can still have a slot booked before breakfast.
