Milk warm, ice cream hard

Sub-Zero recommends 38°F for the refrigerator. Confirm the setting has not been changed, then run a hand around the door gasket for tears and make sure nothing on a shelf holds the door off its seal. Give any change a full 24 hours before judging it.
